“I am pleased with the bed I bought , but it is not of the quality I thought it was through the online add. The mattress is of good standard and quality, so this helps put up the points.”

“We are very pleased with the product and the over all service we received. We had limitations with delivery, but Bedworld were able to accomodate us. However, it was a bit worrying that it took four days to hear about the delivery date, and it was very difficult to get through on the phonelines, we thought it was a scam. Maybe it would be a good idea to contact people sooner, even if an exact date is not known. But thank you for a good product at an excellent price.”

“BED IS FINE FOR WHAT I NEEDED. ITS A SINGLE DIVAN WITH A TRUNDLE BED UNDERNEATH. WILL BE FINE FOR GRANDCHILDREN. REASONABLE PRICE AND LOOKS FINE ALL MADE UP READY FOR USE. DELIVERY WAS QUICK. I DID PAY FOR FEET RATHER THAN WHEELS BUT THEY DIDN'T COME BUT I WAS REFUNDED THE EXTRA MONEY QUICKLY ENOUGH WHEN I RANG TO REPORT IT. WOULD CERTAINLY LOOK HERE AGAIN IF I WAS LOOKING FORA BED.”

“Ordered bed to be delivered, & was trying to get hold of them by phone & email to confirm delivery on day as planned (read reviews & they weren’t favourable) but when did eventually speak to them they delivered on day & my sister was made up with bed.”

“Mattress very hard but softened over the next couple of months. The mattress is very heavy and this makes it difficult to turn. Overall, a good mattress for the money. Delivery is by one person only and the mattress is just put inside the front door. If you pay extra you can have an extra person to help and the mattress will be place in whatever room you want.”

“Ordering and keeping updated on progress of the delivery was excellent. On delivery though, I had to insist the men take the other bed (paid £30) away as on invoice. They argued there was no room, but I told them they must take it. The bed is fabulous and comfortable, well worth the money paid.”
