We are very pleased with the product and the over all service we received. We had limitations with delivery, but Bedworld were able to accomodate us. However, it was a bit worrying that it took four days to hear about the delivery date, and it was very difficult to get through on the phonelines, we thought it was a scam. Maybe it would be a good idea to contact people sooner, even if an exact date is not known. But thank you for a good product at an excellent price.
