“Excellent prices. Driver called to say he had arrived although only gave 24hrs notice which is never enough for a working person. When I asked for another delivery date the person suggested they leave the bed and mattress in the garden. Not very helpful”

“Great product, Fast Delivery, But had to Pay delivery guy Extra to take to Bedroom. Also only 1 guy to deliver a kingsize duvan bed with Mattress is just plain wrong.”

“When the furniture arrived the headboard was missing and had to wait for another delivery date we were told we were second on the list and it arrived st 10.15pm!”

“Average quality base unit but an excellent mattress. Delivery straightforward and on time. Good value for money overall. Instructions for assembly could be improved, especially regarding headboard fitting.”

“It would have been 5 stars, but mattresses were delivered 2 hours after allocated slot (delivered9pm) mattresses very comfortable and no damage on arrival, my boys say they are very comfortable and i would but again from this company”

“Had good service from start to finish. Bed/headboard ok but draw/headboard defective. Had no problem changing these straight away. I think the bed could have been better made as cheap wood but you get what you pay for. Tks.”

“Although it took longer than the specified time on the website to notify me of delivery, my call to request information was answered promptly as was my email. I was informed that the courier would be in touch that day to advise of delivery slot the following day and within an hour, I had received a voicemail advising that the bed would be delivered the next morning. It was delivered as promised at 10.00 am the following day. We are very happy with the guest bed and my grandchildren are looking forward to sleeping in them. The mattresses are of good quality and comfortable and they are exactly what we were looking for.”

“We purchased a sleigh bed and on delivery it was advised that instructions were included. No instructions found in packaging and although it was easy to figure out, no screws were provided for assembly and I had to source these myself. Also part of the fabric over one of the studs was loose showing the metal stud beneath, which I will repair with glue. The bed also had a bad smell to the fabric which is slowly getting better as it airs out. No delivery information was provided after purchase and when we asked we were given no information only that it will arrive within 6 days which we were lucky was a day we were home. We also wanted to purchase a superking duvet and the website was showing out of stock, when asking an advisor they said they did not know when they would have these back in stock and to purchase a duvet elsewhere. Overall though I would still rate as good as the cost of the bed was very reasonable and we liked that the delivery was done by their own staff. The bed is built well and is nice and sturdy and feels of a quality construction.”
