It’s been nearly a month now since I ordered my bed and all I wanted was an exchange of the colour. I have been chasing this nearly every day for a month. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails. I received an email 2 weeks ago saying that samples were being sent out for colours, this was never received. On top of all of this they want to charge me £89 to exchange the bed despite it having faulty stitching and also they would have to come to deliver the new bed and could take the old one in original packaging at the same time. I don’t understand the fee. Despite this, I was willing to pay it but they won’t even respond to me to exchange. The bed has been sat there in packaging for over a month. I will resort to driving to thier warehouse in Huddersfield if I have to and waiting until it is swapped. If I don’t receive any feedback or the issue resolved soon I will be making a formal complaint, this is against my consumer rights and needs to be broadcast on numerous platforms so other customers don’t have to go through the same shocking experience.

I purchased a mattress from Bedworld only to find that it was not a mattress that you can flip over and use both sides. Never heard of this before but was told is the modern way now. I said I was not happy with this but was told if I wanted to return mattress I would have to pay a returns fee. There is no customer service at all and I would not recommend Bedworld. My advice is stay clear of it.

Worst company ever. Avoid them. Bed was cheaply made, poor quality and damaged. Impossible to get through to customer services (no answer on the phone for days) and they did not respond to any of my emails. Had to arrange through my local store for the bed to be returned. Collection was arranged for one week later (their first available slot apparently) Waited all day and bed wasn’t collected. Complained to my local store as couldn’t get through to anyone in the company. Eventually rung back by rude man who claimed to be “Manager of all the stores” but wouldn’t give his name. Still awaiting the bed to be collected and get refund. This company is appalling. Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful and the product quality is disgraceful.

Long story short NEVER AGAIN! Several cancellations.. Terrible trying to get through on the phone.How can a delivery driver not notice a mattress missing.. Delivery notes don't obviously get checked. It was exhausting

I will NEVER order from Bedworld again. This whole experience has been a headache. I didn't get any instructions with my bed. Therefore the assembly instructions are not clear. Secondly, the bed was faulty when it arrived. There was a rip at the back of the bed and the twin ottoman bases do not line up properly once fitted. Finally, there were only 3 bolts provided when I believe there should be one more. The bed was delivered by just one person which is unacceptable. I live alone in a flat and am unable to lift 3 separate parts of a heavy bed up 2 flights of stairs. I am extremely dissapointed with the poor customer service I have received from Bedworld and the communication has been appalling and almost non existent. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone with no answer, no answer to my emails and no answer to Instagram direct messages even when can see that the account is active and currently online!!! I am requesting a full, free refund from them. I DO NOT recommend Bedworld at all. The only reason why it's not just 1 star is because overall the bed looks pretty - I purchased the Elle Wing floating Ottoman bed

I placed an order on 19th February and bed has been delivered today as promised. I had a couple of queries regarding my order and very impressed with the speed of reply from both Nabihah and Irfan. I received a phone call on Thursday last week (4th March)to confirm bed would be delivered today. I received phone call from Nazar this morning to advise me he would be with me in 30 minutes and true to his word arrived on time. Nazar was very courteous and I have to say impressed with both his manner and professionalism.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Broken bed delivered. Don’t answer phones or emails to sort out replacement so haven’t had a bed in a week! Wish I had read reviews before ordering from this awful company. Customer service is disgusting. I had a phone call from a lady that just said bed will be delivered Tuesday before 12 she then hung up. My bed turned up at 5.30 pm that evening! Glad we are in lock down otherwise I would of lost a days pay. You wait on hold for an hour then the phone just gets cut off! Impossible to get hold of anyone. I hope this company goes bust so no one else has to go through this

Poor customer service Don’t delivery after verbal confirmation of a delivery date Much later than advised. Then a no show of delivery no warning no contact made from bed world You Can’t speak to anyone because after holding three times for 90 minutes they cut you off If you email you don’t get a response No communication what so ever and I’m still in the dark where my delivery is ??? Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered a bed. Sent to my billing address not delivery address. Saw this on the order contacted them twice to say it was the wrong address. Confirmed it was changed and the date would be delivered, turned up at the wrong address and late. Driver refused to take the bed to the correct address. Reluctantly said would take the bed he dragged the first 2 part of the bed off the van and asked my husband to carry them with him. Got the final piece the headboard and it was incredibly damaged. Refused the bed said dont want it driver refused to take the parts he had unloaded back and only took the headboard saying call up get it replaced?? Took 3 hours of my time to try and get through on the phone after being hung up on 3 separate times. Tried chat spoke to Megan who half way though our chat disconnected me after telling me there were no drivers in the area to collect the bed and she would process a refund. (Also to add the parts of the bed that they have left are also damaged) Got back through to Megan after telling her she cut me off to be told she thought id gone?? She again advised a refund would be placed Contacted them on Facebook who advised refund had been placed and bed half already been collected (still sat in my father in laws kitchen) I had to send a picture to prove it hadn't been collected. I was told earliest bed could be collected was 3-5 working days was meant to be picked up yesterday got a phone call to say will be today (Xmas eve) Chased refund still not in after over a week ignored on Facebook. Phone lines never answered and disconnected and messages being ignored too. Im waiting for £700 back and them to removed half a broken bed DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

Do not use this company bed frame broke one month in, it was only used by my 12 year old it was not fit for purpose the metal frame broke in the supporting area, bedworld are choosing to do nothing about it and ignoring me, I have contacted trading standards, read the reviews on Facebook to get a clear picture of this company

Excellent service and customer service. Emails replied to quickly. Slight muddle with my expected delivery but was resolved immediately by the team. Mattress looks amazing and great value for money. Cant wait to get into bed tonight. Thank you to all your team.

If I could leave zero stars i would! As this company does not deserve even 1 star! They have taken my money and not delivered my bed. They are ignoring all my calls, emails and messages and have even blocked me on Facebook when I've asked them to contact me. They are a scam!!! I have since seen hundreds of negative reviews for this company, I just wish I had seen them before investing £800 into an invisible bed!! I will be taking this further, as my daughter is left with out a bed now....right before Christmas too!

Before you read on, please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEDWORLD. I do not want you to go through the same experience i did. I did happen to google Bedworld before buying a bed from them (just like you probably are). I thought i could be one of the lucky ones, great price, and if i choose the best of their stock, it can't really go wrong can it? Well it did, absolute nightmare. The amount of running around you do is equivalent to the money u thought you had saved. We bought 2 beds with headboards and 1 mattress. It all went wrong when it was the date of the delivery. We waited all day and there was no sign of the bed. Phoned them up, they said it would be delivered 2 days later. 2 days later still no bed. Then we got a call saying it would arrive in 1 week now. We had to go out of our way to make ourselves available each and every time. After a week the order arrived however with 1 defective mattress and no headboard for the king sized bed. We were chasing for weeks, their customer service (or shall i say lack of it) is truly appalling. They don't pick up the phones, they say they will contact you and don't, they don't answer emails and the list goes on. So after chasing for a few weeks - 1 month, we had to make the 1 hour drive down to the Brent Cross Store and speak to them directly in order to get the headboard delivered and the mattress returned. Then again, when they were due to deliver the headboard and pick up the mattress, they didn't arrive. So after a lot of phoning, not getting through etc they arrived 2 weeks later. We went to fix the headboard onto the bed, but it would not hold, the holes in the bed were in the wrong place. In a normal situation we would have got an exchange. But knowing how shoddy Bedworld are, we decided to keep the bed and just prop the headboard again the wall to hold it up. We simply did not have the time to get that picked up and afford another 2 days out of work. We waited 2 months to receive our refund for the mattress, but did not receive it (again going through all the means of contacting them). We then had to raise a section 75 claim and get our money back through the credit card company.

Rex is the best.... This is the second time I have used Bedworld. Rex is very helpful, efficient and friendly. My move was delayed by a week and he ensured I had my bed and mattress on time. Very happy with our bed and mattress. Would use Bedworld again. Thank you Rex for all your help!

Absolutely Appalling Customer… Absolutely Appalling Customer Service...! I ordered my bed and paid for express delivery. First signs were that all was going well, within 4 days i had received my delivery date to be delivered on the 6th day. However on the day i received a text message to say the delivery was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (the bed broke upon loading onto the van!). 3 weeks later and even with daily calls to the call centre (where they seem to routinely put you on hold for one hour before considering taking your call) they could not confirm when my bed would be delivered. They eventually confirmed that it was with dispatch who would phone to arrange a new delivery date. After the 4th week, dispatch still hadn't phoned. I therefore called and emailed to cancel my bed order but still haven't received my refund. They only gave me a refund for the express delivery service payment but not for the bed itself. I'm therefore unfortunately going to have to continue to call their help desk for goodness knows how long before I eventually receive my refund. Since then i purchased my bed from another company where i received it within the same week. Anyway that was my experience with Bedworld. To anyone reading this some words of advice. Do not bother emailing. Nobody replies and when questioned they claim not to have received any emails even though i regularly get acknowledgements back. Secondly, do not trust anything anyone on the help desk says, even something as simple as a request to confirm they have cancelled my order will not be honoured. Thirdly, don't ask to speak to a manager or state that you wish to complain as they simply hang up the phone on you. Finally, to save yourself the hassle, just don't place the order with Bedworld in the first place. Find another company. Preferably one that has greater than a 50% positive rating....
