Really difficult to communicate with them they hardly ever answer the phone and while some emails are answered reasonably quickly others needed chasing several times and took a long time (too long). The bed itself was ok, wouldn't go together in the beginning and needed clamping to bring it together sufficiently to be able to screw the slats in as it was bowing in the middle. It was a bit cheaply made though it looks ok now it's up. Delivery took much longer than promised and drivers were pretty grumpy. Probably wouldn't buy from them again as it was all just too much hassle.
