First arranged date, didn't turn up. Refunded for that. Second arranged time, turned up an hour earlier, refused to take old bed/mattress...as didn't have room on the van. Again refunded for that lots of hassle as had to arrange transport to take to the recycling centre. Poor communication and failed to deliver what sounded so easy on the website. Would not buy from them again
