First of all I was sent the incorrect bed base and half of the fittings were missing. When I spoke to them they said they would send the fittings to me and offered to pay me £20 compensation for the bed base. I agreed at first as I have a disability and would be an upheaval for me to change beds again. I received the fittings but no compensation. I have sent numerous emails and all have been ignored. Would not recommend this company.
