after accidentally ordering the wrong item I had absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I wasn't able to return the item to exchange it for the right item. I am afraid I have no trust in Bedworld and would not begin to consider either using them again or recommending them. The one saving grace was a delightful girl in Hull or Grimsby who tried to help but couldn't.
