Not a company I’d recommend or order from again. I ordered and paid for a bed. I heard nothing for 3 weeks, not even a complimentary email about delivery dates. I had to call them after 3 weeks, spoke to a rude man about when bed was being delivered. I wanted to replace my mother’s memory foam mattress and we were sent a rock hard mattress, hardly any memory foam at all. Ended up having to buy a memory mattress topper from Ikea. We wish we purchased from there in first place, it’s just my mum liked the bed frame in Bedworld.
