Ordered the superking size bed with the mattress & asked if anyone would deliver to a flat level 2.. was told no we only deliver to the front door. I explained I was 34 weeks pregnant & that I couldn’t purchase the bed as I don’t have anyone to help me take it upstairs. Was then told as long as I give consent on the day the men will help take it up (but if anything happened to the bed there’s nothing they could do) which I was fine with! Anyway the men buzzed up and seen I was heavily pregnant and left the base down stairs at the front doors & the rest of the bed outside!! so I had to call my dad, partner & ask neighbours to help me bring up the 5 pieces they had left outside!! Absolutely horrible company I wouldn’t recommend!
