Had a phone call in the morning to say the bed would be delivered after 2pm so I went to the supermarket about 12 only for the kids to ring me and say the bed was here. I have 5 steps before you get to the house where the bed was left, it was a super king so took a fair bit of man handling by myself as I had told my friend 2 o'clock as he was going to help get it in but as it had started raining I roped in the kids .. all in all the mattress was cheap and comfortable but the service very poor.
