The base was the wrong height and had to be returned. The only way to get to the correct was to remove the two drawers,for which we had paid £60. When the new base was received the driver refused to carry it upstairs and left it in the hallway even though we had agreed with management for it to be fitted in the bedroom. We have yet to be refunded the £60 as agreed.
