The overall experience was poor. Poor communication with delivery arrangements. Loss of time and money as the Divan storage base couldn't be delivered within the Express delivery time I paid for - no refund for the inconvenience of a standard delivery I received. Once unpacked.... both halves of the Base was damaged. Fabric tears, dirty marks and the metal frame inside one half was slightly out of line. Even though i signed unchecked, and took a few images of the damage.I felt totally despondent with the lack of customer service and casual attitude of the delivery arrangements, I had no confidence in pursuing a resolution and decided to avoid further frustration by not sending any images.
