Order was straightforward but there was a delay in delivery. One of the coasters broke and I was told that it had been redelivered twice but I still haven't received it. The top of the base now has a hole in the material underneath. I will have have to try and fix it somehow before the bed is ruined altogether. Poor service and quality. Disappointed customer
