I did have a problem when the bed came, it did not work , two men game and changed the spring bed, then after they left the head board did not respond to the remote, I had to use the feet syne to lift the head section, the men should have checked that side , but just made sure the motor was working, would have liked it to be working the correct way! As bed is guaranteed could it be fixed ?
