Delivery incomplete, delivery man said he'd be back with missing mattress n a few days. No delivery. Called Bedworld, knew nothing about missing mattress. Bed constructed. Looks weak. No weight restriction on order or packaging. Think we'll be lucky if it lasts a year. Would not use bedworld again. Staff helpful and friendly on phone but product and poor communication let's them down.
