This was my second bed. The first was fine (a year ago) and I left a fantastic review.
However, 5 weeks ago my second bed came with a damaged base. I called the company who agreed to give me a small refund. This was confirmed in email
I have been chasing this for five weeks. For the past fortnight on Facebook Messenger and email they have promised the refund is being processed by accounts.
So now I intend to campaign on social media on here and with BBC Watchdog to highlight this terrible practise. I also intend to take out a small claim via the courts.
