Ordered a bed for delivery Thursday Sep 24 2020, waited all afternoon to receive a call to say van had broke down, delivery was rearranged for Wednesday Sep 30th. Took day off work , waited all afternoon, no bed turned up AGAIN, no email/txt/ phone call off them, tried phoning, on hold an hour then I gave up, it was cash on delivery so they have lost out as ive now ordered elsewhere. Shocking service, definately WOULD NOT recommend.
