Bought 70no 120-150 beech hedges, bushy and well rooted. My issue is the largest plants I have received are 120cm. The majority are 110-120. The smallest bringing 100-110.
When I questioned at first, I was told I had planted them to deep.
And the second time I contacted they said the overall size includes the roots.
I have worked in the gardening and construction industry for over 30 years and I have never heard such nonsense. Plants are measured from ground.
I thought it was a genuine mistake, and it turns out they are just scam artists.
