I bought bare root small trees, shurbs, and an Acer. The Acer looked dead on arrival but the response was, its not dead its dormant.
The email correspondance has gone on for weeks and I feel they have treated me like an idiot, the Acer only cost £13, so I'm not sure why they are reluctant
to give a refund. I'm just glad it wasn't something more expensive. I definitely will not be buying from them again.
