Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service, so rude and couldn’t care less I hadn’t received my item- repeatedly called me stupid for not having the item. Item eventually arrived dead- not sure if Royal Mail or Beechwood issue but they didn’t care. They threatened me in emails; have been in contact with police regarding this company and trading standards. Just glad I didn’t spend much there. Avoid at all costs
