we bought 4 birch trees from this lot last year, received and planted them and frankly nothing happened. We politely updated them and were told to be patient, and fair play 3 of the 4 finally came through. unfortunately beechwood are now refusing to refund me for the fourth tree - these people don't really put much store on customer relations and goodwill so would suggest any potential customers look elsewhere for those that do
