I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered 5 elderflower plants. Packaging did not indicate the right way up, so box delivered with all 5 hanging upside down and 2 damaged as they had clearly been bashed about. Sent photos. Customer service told me to trim them an inch above the soil and plant - I did point out I would not pay £16.95 in a shop for a plant an inch tall and asked for refund or replacement. No response. No phone contact number. I've gone through my bank to get a refund. DREADFUL company, don't use!
