Bought a silver birch from this company via ebay. Was described as stunning mature tree. What a joke!! I received a dead twig which had obviously just been put in pot as there was practically no rootball. Was met by abuse when I complained and they refused me a refund or replacement. Ebay no help at all. Have planted it up but six months later it is obvious that it is dead. Do not buy from this company.
