Absolutely terrible experience. Sent me a clematis with clematis wilt but they keep insisting it's a healthy plant.
The customer service is appalling, so rude and dismissive. I actually think they enjoy being aggressive and upsetting people.
Please don't order from this company- it's like banging your head against a brick wall. They have basically stolen £19.99 from me. I've given up with them now which is what the aim of their 'customer service' is.
