If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They supply shoddy goods, wrapped in only cling film with no protection, then fob you off continually when you try to tell them that the tree they supplied is dead, saying it is dormant. After waiting as instructed and supplying photos proving that the tree is in fact dead, they they refuse to respond to emails - we are now going via the bank to get a chargeback claim against them in order to get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - check the other reviews - there are many poor reviews about this company when you look at the total of 1, 2 and 3 star reviews and if you do have an issue, their customer service is non-existent.
