Bought a bare rooted dwarf plum tree last autumn. Planted as per instructions, no sign of growth has ever been seen. Contacted 3fatpigs in April, told to wait until end of May. Sceptical, as other fruit trees in the allotment were well in flower by then. Sure enough, the tree is dead and when we went back to them we were told, as others, that trees are perishable items. You can only perish if you are alive in the first place. Customer service terrible and then they just stop answering emails.
