Ordered a quince bare root plant , arrived shrivelled, sent photo contacted and was told it was dormant , 3 months later , contacted them again with photo after no change , was asked what compost . 1 month later after no reply , sent another photo , was told it wasn’t planted properly and roots were showing , sent 4th photo showing dug up plant with roots properly buried . No reply , sent more emails , all ignored . Don’t trust this company !
