I placed an order online in mid-August and here it is November 19th and not only have I never received my package but I have also been extremely inconvenienced with FEDEX (calling multiple times, being transferred to incorrect departments; being told different things, etc.); extremely frustrated and IGNORED! I have emailed BeQueen and “Ashley” with BeQueen four times in September; two times in November and today. I’ve only got one meaningless and unhelpful response!!! Here I am with no package, no responsive communication, NO REFUND!!!! Buyer: BEWARE!!!!!
