“I was skeptical about ordering a topper from my past experience of wigs and such.. I received many compliments on this topper! The only thing I wasn’t impressed about is when I was tracking the product I never received the tracking information. I was a little perturbed about this because I had an event to attend and I didn’t want to buy anything else if it was going to be on time. Otherwise I would’ve given it 5 stars”
“I ordered a salt and pepper lace wig from BEQUEEN. I WAS QUITE ANXIOUS FOR THE WIG TO ARRIVE BECAUSE I LOVED THE ADVERTISED LOOK OF IT. The wig arrived one month later. It was not the same wig as advertised. The only lace on the wig was placed on the back of the wig. There was no 360 lace in the front. This was a full no glue wig with a piece of lace attached I correctly in the back of the wig. I had the wig enlarged and after reading their return policy, custom made wigs can't be returned. I cannot accept the previous since what I ordered is not what I received. This is a rotten thing for Bequeen to do to their customers. I payed approximately $180 canadian for the previous wig and to buy this wig I had to make a sacrifice to spend to money only to be cheated by Bequeen. I am not going to take this and I will seek out any legal help possible remedy this situation. Totally wrong and unfair BEQUEEN.”

J'ai payé plus de 100£ pour une perruque qui ne correspondait pas à la description : la texture était différente à l'avant et à l'arrière, donnant un rendu peu naturel et très éloigné des attentes. Ce qui m'étonne d'autant plus, c'est le nombre d'avis extrêmement positifs, que je ne retrouve pas dans mon expérience.
De plus, le processus de retour est particulièrement contraignant : les frais de retour vers la Chine sont à ma charge, et ce n’est qu’après réception et évaluation du produit par leur équipe qu’un éventuel remboursement est envisagé.
Au vu de ces éléments, je déconseille fortement ce site.”
“The wig looked nothing like the photo on website, I ordered the Pixie Fingerwave wig and once I received it I was so disappointed! I was given $5regund in a $60 wig, I didn’t want the money only an exchange!! I was refused an exchange, I do not want anyone to go though what I went though. This was false advertisement and I plan to stop this kind of activity if I can, money is too hard to come by to trust you getting what you desire and receive something totally different!!”

“I placed an order online in mid-August and here it is November 19th and not only have I never received my package but I have also been extremely inconvenienced with FEDEX (calling multiple times, being transferred to incorrect departments; being told different things, etc.); extremely frustrated and IGNORED! I have emailed BeQueen and “Ashley” with BeQueen four times in September; two times in November and today. I’ve only got one meaningless and unhelpful response!!! Here I am with no package, no responsive communication, NO REFUND!!!! Buyer: BEWARE!!!!!”

“I bought hair extensions from Beequeenhair for my wedding because my real hair is quite thin. When receiving the extensions, the quality of these extensions makes me satisfy. However, the shipping time is quite long. Hopefully, they can improve this issue. For all, I still give them 5 stars.”
