Is Beer Hawk reliable?

First time I have used the gift voucher service and was a little disappointed with print out. Got £40 value but in middle of gift was a picture of a £10 voucher with small print underneath stating actual value. On opening recipient thought it was £10 until the actual value was pointed out to them
