My gift voucher code did not work on line & did not over the phone either so had to pay full price and they would credit my card on receipt of the on line order. I had to call several days later as no credit appeared but they did refund me this time,
Was expecting delivery on Friday (as discussed) but did not arrive until the Monday. Otherwise order was fine although a little pricey.
