The service from Beer Hawk was excellent (beers were sent swiftly and were well-packaged). However, I was not in when the couriers came to deliver so they left the two boxes outside my front door (despite a note on the packages saying "Please leave with neighbour", which I added after they had done the same with a previous order). Fortunately, the boxes were untouched when I cam home eight hours later.
