I have been very disappointed re the delivery of my order (it was a birthday present for my brother). I was informed a week after I ordered it that the beer had not been delivered because it had been damaged in transit. I know these things can happen, but when they do I would have thought that the team would then make an extra special effort to expedite delivery and keep the customer informed. Instead I have had to chase up via customer services to find out when we could expect delivery
(Charlotte was very helpful). Delivery will now be a week later than expected (thus having missed the birthday). Poor show Beer Hawk. I can't comment on the Beer because not yet had opportunity to drink it!
