This is the second time I've ordered from Beerhawk - the first time, after they'd accepted the order they subsequently realised they'd run out of stock so received a refund. It took a while for the items to return to stock but finally they came in and I re-ordered. First batch were broken somewhere between Beerhawk and the courier and so they returned the delivery and re-sent without fuss, keeping me informed. The re-sent batch still arrived within their 5-day delivery window, so no complaints really. So they seem a bit shambolic but can't fault their customer service.
