I ordered a number of beers 2 weeks ago. I received a message from Beer Hawk to say my beers had been delivered. However I had only received a part delivery but I was not notified by either Beer Hawk or their courier company when I was expected to receive the outstanding parcel. I had to contact Beer Hawk to request the status of my outstanding order which I was told it was delayed.
Its a week later and I still haven't received the order or any notification.
I appreciate this is might be a courier issue and perhaps not a direct reflection on Beer Hawks service. However I find the lack of communication frustrating and I would expect as a consumer that my provider would keep me updated.
I will be honest and say that this would deter me from ordering from Beer Hawk again.
