Ordered 2 boxes of different beers as a gift. Only 1 box arrived but still got an e-mail indicating that my full order had been delivered - nothing mentioned about the missing box.
I had to contact Beer Hawk who had to contact the delivery company who said that the 2nd box had been damaged in transit. Beer Hawk sent out a second box which arrived a week later than the first.
2 problems here:
1. Lack of communication between the delivery company and Beer Hawk
2. No urgency from Beer Hawk to get a replacement out
