What a joke customer service really is.
WHat used to be a great company for getting specialist beer (gluten free etc) products has now turned into a logistical nightmare. Delivery's never materialize, Speaking to cust services (phone never works) im clearly one of many on the chat in one go as the time lag between chat is VERY slow. Im offererd nothing but either a refund or to reorder as the "dleivery has has become stuck in the couriers network" now with the Philips Keg system, i now have a credit with them meaning im on a losing edge.
Im now on my 3rd delivery to get kegs. and hoping this time it works!
I wont be buying from them any other products.
Im told other stockists supply the kegs to this system but of course this is through the BeerHawk delivery primary network. Maybe time to get a refund on the Philips system !! Shame.
