I ordered the IPA for the other half for Valentines day… and although I was impressed with the selection; there are a couple of things which could be improved: 1) Packaging, as it was a present, I felt the packaging was lacking. In transit I understand the need for protective packaging but may I suggest that you offer either an add on purchase of gift box or look at alternative ways to package, i.e.. crate effects, flat pack boxes, be innovative :) 2) The shipping costs are extortion when added at the end of purchase… try absorbing this cost into the product before the customer gets to the final stages of check out so they are not surprised at £15 shipping fee. I hope this helps as you have a good strategy, it just needs to be more customer focused. Thanks for the brews. JC
