The ordering process and speed of delivery were brilliant. Just a shame that the courier decided to deliver to a neighbour but did not leave a card to tell me which one. Despite calling the customer service line at Beerhawk and being told someone would call me back I never did get a call. Had to wait an extra two days before I found the house it had been delivered to and catch the neighbour at the same time I was at home to pick up my eagerly awaited box of Brewdog beer
