I had an issue with a delivery going missing. The courier Beerhawk used provided a POD to an incorrect address & the package went missing.
To Beerhawk's credit they offered to refund or replace & I eventually received the beer, no thanks to the courier, at the second attempt. I can't fault their customer service or their beer & I will use them again.
