I opted to have this delivery on a Saturday and paI'd the extra cost. However the courier seemed to completely ignore this and did not even attempt delivery on the set day. UK mail offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Beer hawks service on the other hand was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. I think you should rethink the courier you're using but I am very grateful your team was so nice and helpful!
