I recently treated myself to a case of Liberty Ale, from San Francisco's Anchor Steam Brewery. I placed the order on a Monday and the beer was delivered on Tues afternoon. Even better, I'd received an email from the delivery company (UK Mail) informing me of a one-hour delivery window (16:50 - 17:50). The courier arrived at precisely 16:50. Brilliant! The only reason I only gave an 8 for the "how likely are you to recommend" question is that I don't tend to make such recommendations for anything.
