I found a great selection of beers to give my Dad on his birthday. The packages arrived quickly - unfortunately the courier left it on the front step and not at the rear gate as advised, and so my Dad saw the package and the surprise was a little lost (there were more that he didn't know about, so that was ok). Also, it was three days later that Beer Hawk contacted me to say that the courier had just informed them that one box had been damaged in transit and not delivered. I contacted Beer Hawk, and they arranged for the damaged box to be replaced the next day - just in time for the birthday celebration. A great company and excellent customer service - it's a shame about the courier!
