there was a problem with my first order and uk mail failed to tell me why there was a delay,after contacting beerhawk late in the afternoon on a thursday,they assured me that another order would be sent out and i would receive it the following day,sure enough thats what happened, so i was very impressed with their customer service and i would highly recommend them to anyone.I certainly will be ordering more beer from them.
