I have had better experiences with beer subscription companies. I placed an order which then didn't arrive in time for a birthday. After I then contacted customer services, i was told that my order 'had slipped through the net' and that it hadn't been processed or sent yet.
I then had to wait another 5 working days for the beers to be delivered. At which point the birthday was long gone.
Considering it was Beer Hawks mistake i thought they may have tried to send the parcel 1st class.
