Disappointed with delivery. I rearranged the delivery date as soon as I received confirmation (as I knew the recipient would be out that day). I received confirmation that the order would be redelivered the following Monday. The recipient returned from their holiday a few days later to find that the package had been left with a neighbour. They received no confirmation that this had happened (they were updated by the neighbour) and neither did I! As far as I was concerned the package would arrive today. The package could very easily have gone astray. Poor communication.
