The product and selection are great, but the delivery service was disappointing. I ordered my case with plenty of time to arrive on Saturday, and paid the £13.99 delivery charge. However, it didn't arrive till the following Monday due to a "delay". I alerted the customer service team and was offered £7 or beer tokens. I would have appreciated the full delivery charge being refunded personally, but maybe I'm being pedantic.
