I have ordered numerous times and as ever, the selection of Beers was/is fantastic. I still think the bottles can be a bit on the pricey side, particularly for some of the 275/335 ml bottles but still cheaper than you would pay in the Pub. My slight concern this time was that I entered a gift voucher in for my order and not for the first time, it rejected it. I called yourselves and asked for a reason as to why, acknowledging that it might be out of date, although I wouldn't have thought so. I also outlined that I wanted to use some beer tokens to reduce the cost of my order. In relation to the gift voucher and beer tokens, I was told to expect a call or E-Mail about this, but it did not happen. As such, I am still unsure about the Gift Voucher validity or how to use my beer tokens at checkout stage. So, in all honesty, not as impressed as I have been on previous occasions. The beer is still good though!!!!
