The whole process was very quick and easy. The only comment I would make is that your website asked what I wanted to happen if I wasn't in and I selected for it to be left with a neighbour. This message didn't get to the delivery company properly as they tried to deliver my packages, and didn't try to deliver them to a neighbour's house, so I had to go on their website and select this option for a 2nd time.
